Published since 1960

Our magazine has been published since 1960 under the name Works of the Institute of Flow Machines. In 1961, the magazine changed its name to the Work of the Institute of Flow Machinery, Transactions of the Institute of Fluid-Flow Machinery (the journal obtained an English subtitle). In 1993, the magazine changed its name to Transactions of the Institute of Fluid-Flow Machinery, Proceedings of the Institute of Flow Machines (there was a replacement of the order of the Polish and English titles). Since 2003, it has been published under the name Transactions of the Institute of Fluid-Flow Machinery (no Polish subtitle).

In 1960 and 1970, the magazine was published by the State Scientific Publishing House. Beginning in the mid 1970s, the magazine is published by the Institute of Flow Machinery PAS.

Until 2014, Transactions of the Institute of Fluid-Flow Machinery appeared as a continuous and irregular release. 126 numbers were issued between 1960 and 2014. Starting in 2015, Transactions of the Institute of Fluid-Flow Machinery appears with constant periodicality – four numbers per calendar year.
