Administrative Economic Unit

The tasks of the Administrative Economic Department include the implementation of the Institute's social and wage policy and in cooperation with other foreign exchange services.

In particular, the task of the department shall be:

  1. Complete, store and keep personal records of employees and former staff of the Institute.
  2. Check compliance with the formal discipline of work and provide the superiors with information on this.
  3. Organisation and supervision of occupational health issues, including rights to reduced working time, protection of women and young workers, medical examinations, etc.
  4. Develop and implement a social-occupation plan in cooperation with relevant committees and socio-occupational organisations.
  5. Organizing care and assistance for pensioners, pensioners and their families.
  6. Development and implementation of employment plans, control of compliance with wage rules, allowances, premiums and other salaries and cash benefits.
  7. Development of periodic settlements and reporting on employment and wages.
  8. Making and keeping records and reporting on payment lists.
  9. Registration of foreign guests arriving at the Institute.
  10. Develop reports on scientific cooperation with foreign countries according to applicable regulations.
  11. Staff of the Secretariat, reception, registration and sending of all correspondence (except confidential and secret correspondence).
