On 24 March 2016, at CB PAN KEZO in Jabłonno Director Prof. dr hab. inż. Jan Kiciński signed the Agreement on the Accession of the Institute of Flow Machines of the Polish Academy of Sciences to the Programme "Local Poland".

The parties stress that the competitiveness of Polish companies depends mainly on investment in innovation, which is the engine of change, increasing the innovative potential of the national economy and science. Prof. Jan Kiciński was invited to the substantive support of the "Local Poland" Programme in the National Programme Council, which includes outstanding specialists representing different environments.
