We are pleased to inform that researchers from KEZO Research Centre PAS participated in the study visit, which took place in Iași, Romania on January 21-22, 2025. This event was organized by the SIreNERGY project ("Social Innovation in Renewable Energies"), which is co-financed by the Interreg Europe 2021-2027 program.

It was a splendid opportunity for exchange of knowledge and gaining practical experience through direct observation of best practices. The visit helped our researchers to better understand sustainable energy solutions and energy-saving measures applied in Romania.

The study visit included the following field-visits:

  • Photovoltaic Park - Miroslava Commune
  • Photovoltaic Park - Ion NeculceCommune
  • Micro Hydropower Plant on the Moldova River, Roman Municipality
