During the 3rd Congress of Entrepreneurship in Łódź (5-6.11.2015) IMP PAN received the Polish Innovation Award 2015 for innovative technologies developed in the framework of ongoing projects, and in particular for the innovative potential of the Research Centre in Jabłonno. The award was received by the Director of the Institute, Prof. Jan Kiciński, who also gave a commemorative interview for Gazeta Wyborcza - interview included.

Prof. Jan Kiciński also participated in the panel: Modern solutions in housing, where as a panelist he had a performance and conducted a discussion on: Innovative plus-energy technologies.
