We are very pleased to announce that on 17 October 2016, the anniversary of the 60th anniversary of the Institute of Flow Machines of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Gdańsk will be celebrated.
The programme provides for the presentation of the history and achievements of IMP PAN somewhat differently, in an atmosphere conducive to reflection from the perspective of 60 years.
The Institute of Flow Machines PAS in Gdańsk is one of the largest Institutes of the Polish Academy of Sciences in the field of Technical Sciences, co-founder of the first steam turbines in Poland, implementing key and strategic energy projects, participant and coordinator of many European projects, leader of research work in the eco-energy sector.
IMP PAN is also the developer and beneficiary of the project: Research Centre of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Jabłonno, the largest and most modern Centre in the field of energy conversion and RES in Poland.
