Presently, the difficulties in assessing the bond quality by non-destructive testing limit the usage of adhesive bonding in aeronautic applications. The aim of ComBoNDT is to  overcome of these limitations by further development of extended non-destructive testing (ENDT) methods suitable for inspection of adherend surfaces and adhesively bonded joints.
